The Role<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and personably “Meeting Coordinator” to be the bridge between interested companies and our Account Management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This isn’t your typical sales role. You will be dealing with warm leads companies that have proactively signed up through our campaign page<\/a> to learn more. Your mission is to strike while the iron is hot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Lead Management:<\/strong> Reach out to HR Managers and Executives who have left their contact information on our landing page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strategic Coordination:<\/strong> Qualify the interest and schedule introductory meetings between these companies and our Account Managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Calendar Mastery:<\/strong> Manage complex schedules to ensure a seamless “hand-off” from the initial interest to the first consultation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Campaign Representation:<\/strong> Serve as the first professional voice of Moov Innovations, conveying the value of a smoke-free workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Who You Are:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Communicator:<\/strong> You have excellent verbal and written skills in Hebrew (Native level) and English. You know how to build rapport quickly over the phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Organizer:<\/strong> You are a “Control Freak” in the best way possible. You love a clean CRM and an organized calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proactive:<\/strong> You understand that “Immediate” means today. You have a “Rosh Gadol” approach and can work independently in a hybrid environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mission-Driven:<\/strong> You are passionate about health, wellness, and making a real impact on people\u2019s lives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
