The Role

We are seeking a high-impact Account Manager to take full commercial and strategic ownership of our key client relationships.

To ensure you can focus on high-value work, we have separated logistics from leadership. While our Meeting Coordinators handle the “how” and “when” (scheduling, technology, minutes), you will own the “why” and the “what’s next.”

You are not just attending meetings; you are architecting them. You will serve as the “CEO” of your assigned accounts, bridging the gap between our internal operations and our clients’ C-level business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership: Act as the primary owner of the client lifecycle. You are responsible for retention, health scores, and relationship depth from onboarding through renewal.
  • Meeting Leadership: While Coordinators manage the logistics, you lead the narrative. You facilitate high-level discussions, manage executive stakeholders, and pivot the conversation to address unspoken concerns.
  • Value Realization: deeply understand each client’s business model. You will translate our services into measurable ROI, ensuring the client views us as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
  • Commercial Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to solve new problems for your clients. You will lead the strategy for account expansions, upsells, and contract renewals.
  • The Voice of the Customer: Advocate for your clients internally, translating feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Operations teams.

Who You Are

  • A Strategic Facilitator: You can “read the room” (virtual or in-person) and navigate complex dynamics with ease.
  • Outcome-Oriented: You don’t just check boxes. You ensure that every promise made in a meeting is tracked, executed, and reported back to the client to drive momentum.
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): You excel at building rapport with diverse stakeholders, from technical users to executive decision-makers.
  • Mission-Aligned: You are motivated by our growth, our commitment to Tzedakah, and our vision for building industry in Israel.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a consultative sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to distill complex strategies into clear action plans.
  • Proven track record of turning “at-risk” accounts into success stories.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern collaboration tools.
